Lincoln May Switch Back To Classic Model Names

Lincoln is planning to step away from it's current naming convention of having models like MKZ, MKC, and MKT and go back to it's more classic scheme of having models with names like Town Car and Continental.  Excited to get yours?  Well unfortunately, you will have to wait.  Unless you live in China that is.  The change is currently only planned for Chinese markets, to attempt capitalize on the good reputation American cars (and older Lincoln models in particular) have in China.  The name change is not happening any time soon, and even if it does go over well in China, chances are Lincoln will stick to their 3 letter model names here in the United States.
